A: Our main office is located in Xiamen,Fujian Province and we run our factory in Fuqing, Fujian Province,which is one hour by car from Changle airport in Fuzhou.

A: 500pcs if use our exiting fabric,around 6000pcs if make to your specific color,also depends on the size of bag.

4. Q.Which kind of lining do you use for your cool bag?
A: Usually we use 99.9% Antibacterial PEVA which meet FDA standard and European Food Grade standards. You may check the test report attached for more details.

5. Q: Can I ask for sample before I purchase it?
A: Yes, we are glad to provide you sample while you pay the sample fee and the delivery fee.

6. Q: How much is your normal sample cost?

A: Usd30 per style.
 

7. Q: Is your sample cost refundable?
A: Yes,it is refundable upon order.

8. Q: How long is your sample time?
A: Off Season:5-10 days Peak Season:10-15 days.

9. Q: How can I get sample?
A: We usually send samples by FEDEX, UPS, TNT or DHL. If you have carrier account, it will be fine to ship via your account, if not, you can pay the freight charge to us, we will ship with our account. It takes about 3- 5days to arrive at your hand.

10. Q: Can I make my own design?
A: Of course you can. We can customize the bag to your style and put logo or pattern in the way you like,such as silk print, digital print,sublimation , embroidery , embossed ,rubber tag, plastic label, woven label,puller mold…etc.

11. Q: How much is the sample setup cost if I make my own design?
A: For samples with normal silk printing, we charge usd50.00 per design and offer 2pcs samples; For samples with other kinds of printing, cost will be offered upon your detailed requirements.

12. Q:What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
A:you can provide AI, CRD or PDF, JPG, etc. if you can also offer physical sample , that will be great!

13. Q: How long is your production lead time?
A: 40-60days after PP sample approved.
